The Director must be notified of any <br /> changes in the above procedures. <br /> E) Continuous monitoring -devices. <br /> The permittee shall install .continuous monitoring devices <br /> to monitor temperature; injection pressure, rate, and <br /> volume; and annular pressure and annular fluid volume in <br /> accordance with Part II, Section C, of this permit. <br /> The equipment shall be installed and operating prior to <br /> commencing injection of waste fluid into the injection <br /> well. <br /> 22 <br />
