Attachment O <br /> Contingency Plan for Victor Fine Foods Deep Injection Well #1 <br /> (Types of Well Failure and Repair) <br /> The following plans of action will be used in the event of a <br /> mechanical failure of the injection well: <br /> 1. Injection String Failure (tubing or packer) <br /> Retrieve the packer and tubing and repair or replace <br /> equipment as necessary. <br /> 2 . Long String Casing (7 inch string) Failure: <br /> - Pull tubing. and packer, <br /> - Run a caliper or other diagnostic log, and <br /> - Cement squeeze or patch the casing. <br /> In the , event the injection well fails, the process waste water <br /> from Victor Fine Foods will be stored in the storage reservoir. <br /> This will occur before the waste water reaches the activated <br /> sludge pretreatment system. The reservoir has a 30-day emergency <br /> storage capacity. <br /> 26 <br />
