Attachment Q <br /> Plugging and Abandonment Plan <br /> Victor Fine Foods Deep Injection Well #1 <br /> Plugging and abandonment of the injection well will be done in <br /> the following manner: <br /> 1. Move in and rig up abandonment rig. Remove wellhead tree, <br /> then install and activate Blowout Prevention Equipment (BODE) . <br /> Unseat packer and pull 4-1/2 inch tubing and packer from the <br /> hole. <br /> 2 . Make a bailer run to check for fill. The depth of fill <br /> should be at least 50 feet below the casing shoe. Injection <br /> waste fluids will be flushed out of the injection casing by <br /> injecting sufficient freshwater into the well. <br /> 3 . Run in hole with 4-1/2 inch tubing and 2-7/8 inch tubing <br /> stinger to the top of fill. <br /> 4 . Cement well from bottom to top with common portland <br /> cement/sand mix, withdrawing the tubing strings in stages as <br /> the cement is pumped in. <br /> 5. Remove BOPE and lay down and move off rig. <br /> 6. Cut off wellhead and weld a steel plate 3/8-inch thick to <br /> cap off inner casing (7 inch) . The ground will be leveled and <br /> an abandonment marker posted with pertinent well information. <br /> 7 . Cost estimate at effective date of this permit: $20, 000 <br /> 27 <br />
