At least one groundwater sample will be obtained and submitted for water <br /> quality parameters. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff concurs with the 26 August 2010 Workplan with the following <br /> exception- <br /> • Since an active refined petroleum hydrocarbon pipeline is present at the Site, a <br /> representative number of samples should be submitted for fuel fingerprint evaluation. It <br /> should be determined whether any affected soil and/or groundwater reported has been <br /> impacted by crude oil from Chevron's historical pipelines or by refined petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon product. <br /> By 15 March 2011, please submit the soil and groundwater investigation report of findings. <br /> If you have any questions regarding the matters discussed above, please call Dean Hubbard <br /> at (559) 445-5179. <br /> SHELTON R.
