The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for SINCLAIR/DING MART as of October 22 , 2021 . <br /> Open violations from May 26 , 2021 inspection <br /> Violation #319 = Failure to comply with overfill prevention equipment requirements . <br /> OBSERVATION : Overfill prevention testing has not been conducted . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by October <br /> 13 , 2018 , and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately schedule this testing and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD .
