Unknown amount of Cygnet Select Acid Blue Dye, BAKER <br /> non-hazardous was released from a man made pond through an over flow valve <br /> into the storm line to the pump station and out to Mosher Slough. Incident <br /> happened at 1657 Pyrenees Avenue in Stockton. <br /> Called Akin Fayehun with the City of Stockton at 209-937-5425. He said the there <br /> is an extensive amount that has been released to the slough. The storm drain <br /> lines and pump station will be pumped out to the sanitary plant and then flushed. <br /> Pumping will begin on 4/16/21 and will take a couple days. Flushing the line will <br /> take 30 minutes. City of Stockton issued a corrective notice to the responsible <br /> party to plug the over flow valves. <br /> Called Fish &Wildlife at 916-826-1110 and spoke with Maggie. She was aware <br /> and has notified the area warden. She will have him return my call. <br /> Reviewed SDS sheet. Web page for chemical says it is 100% non-toxic and <br /> environmentally safe for plants and animals. <br /> Received call from Region 9 EPA. Asked for details of the complaint. <br /> Received call from Raul Lomeli (Warden)with Fish &Wildlife. He said that he is <br /> not concerned with the slough. The dye will dissipate in four months. <br /> Created complaint. Completed emergency response record, site map, prop 65 <br /> and verified GIS in EC. <br /> Emailed Robert McClellan (Program Coordinator)with details of spill. <br /> Wrote OIR and emailed it to Diana Wallace at <br /> dwallace@libertypropertymanagement.com. <br /> Turned in prop 65 to Elena Manzo (Lead Sr. REHS)for review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of <br />
