Complaint Investigation Summary Report#:5105 <br /> COMPLAINT ID: COORG2EXQ Site Location: 1657 PYRENEES AVE <br /> Activity Summary <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 04/16/2021 Went to site to see spill. Arrived on site and walked along Mosher Slough. Water BAKER <br /> in Mosher Slough was about 6 inches deep and bright blue. Contamination went <br /> for a distance of approximately .85 miles. Contamination was from West Lane <br /> going east to the railroad bridge. Ducks and egrets observed in water. No dead <br /> fish observed. Pump station was in the process of being pumped out. <br /> Called Diana Wallace with Liberty Property Management at 209-548-4546 and <br /> asked if she could send me the SDS. She said she would and the chemical is <br /> non-toxic and similar to food dye. She said that the plugs for the pond should <br /> arrive today and be installed by tomorrow. Returned to the office. <br /> 04/19/2021 Called Akin Fayehun (City of Stockton) at 209-937-5425 to confirm clean-up of BAKER <br /> storm line is completed. He did not answer. Unable to leave a message. <br /> Received update from Diana Wallace at <br /> dwallace@libertypropertymanagement.com that over flow pipes have been <br /> capped. Before and after photos sent. <br /> Completed photo log. <br /> 04/22/2021 Called Akin Fayehun (City of Stockton) at 209-937-5425 to confirm the clean-up of BAKER <br /> the storm line and pump station is complete. He said he would call me back after <br /> he calls the environmental control to find out. <br /> Received call from Akin Fayehun that clean-up of the pump station and storm line <br /> was completed on 4/16/21. <br /> 04/26/2021 Abated complaint at 01-Field Response-Violations cited &corrected. Put file on BAKER <br /> Elena Manzo's (Lead Sr. REHS) desk for review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 2 of 2 <br />
