The <br /> City of Stockton Redevelopment Agency requested that Applied GeoSystems conduct this <br /> investigation because we detected hydrocarbons in the soil and ground water during our <br /> previous investigation of the site (Applied GeoSystems Report No. 39048-1, dated October <br /> 31, 1989).
