Work Plan for Environmental Investigation June 21, 1989 <br /> Waterfront Redevelopment, Stockton, California AGS 39048-1W <br /> is our further understanding that one 2 , 000-gallon underground <br /> fuel storage tank was formerly on the individually-owned <br /> property. <br /> Information regarding the area surrounding the Waterfront <br /> Redevelopment Property indicates that the neighboring parcel on <br /> the western boundary of the former UNOCAL bulk plant was formerly <br /> occupied by L & M Petroleum. According to information supplied <br /> by the City of Stockton Redevelopment Agency, the L & M Petroleum <br /> property contained six aboveground storage tanks ranging in size <br /> from 13 , 200 gallons to 108 , 000 gallons and seven underground <br /> storage tanks ranging in size from 7 , 500 gallons to 20, 000 <br /> gallons. According to the title report for the L & M Petroleum <br /> Property provided by the City of Stockton, the parcel was leased <br /> by Chevron U.S.A. , under a subsurface oil and gas lease.
