This investigation is proposed because the former <br /> uses of the site suggest the possibility that hydrocarbon <br /> contamination of the soil and ground water may have occurred. It <br /> is our understanding that the City of Stockton wishes to evaluate <br /> the property for contamination prior to construction and <br /> development of the property. <br />
