This report was submitted as a requirement of the 19 April 2000 <br /> Board letter issued to the law firm Bright and Brown and to William De Paoli. Upon review, Staff has <br /> deemed this version of the work plan as incomplete. To receive Board approval, the final work plan will <br /> need to expand in detail the data quality objectives for this investigation regarding all water quality <br /> issues.
