I agree that you can only investigate the southern parcel at this time. However,the northern <br /> parcel will need to be addressed when the issues you described are resolved. <br /> The analytical methods proposed in the workplan are generally appropriate. Bicarbonate or alkalinity, <br /> however, should be added to the list for both DI-WET and groundwater samples. In addition, laboratory <br /> detection limits for WET and groundwater samples need to be low enough to compare the results to <br /> applicable water quality standards. Water quality standards based on aquatic life protection, human <br /> health and agricultural use may be lower than the MCL standards shown in the workplan. <br /> If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 255-3131. <br /> STEVE E.
