The proposed development project includes:
1. The original study submitted was for three proposed two-bedroom mobile homes ("new residences")
and an existing three-bedroom home combining for a total wastewater flow of 650 gallons per day
(gpd) from the following usage:
Wastewater flow of 150 gpd from each proposed two-bedroom mobile home; total flow of 450 gpd.
Wastewater flow of 200 gpd from the existing three-bedroom home.
2. The addendum is for two new three-bedroom homes, a two-bedroom home, three one-bedroom
homes, and an existing three-bedroom home combining for a total wastewater flow of 1050 gallons
per day(gpd) from the following usage:
Wastewater flow of 200 gpd from each proposed three-bedroom home and existing three-bedroom
home; total flow of 600 gpd.
Wastewater flow of 150 gpd from each proposed two-bedroom mobile home; total flow of 150 gpd.
Wastewater flow of 100 gpd from each proposed one-bedroom mobile home; total flow of 300 gpd.
3. The total wastewater flow of 1050 gpd is not to be used for septic system design or size calculation.
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
The SSNL Study supports the suitability for standard OWTS usage for the proposed project on the above
mentioned parcel, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d), provided
proposed OWTS and 100% replacement area can meet all required minimum setbacks from any water wells
and the following condition:
1. Prior to issuance of building permit, submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans
showing the location and configuration of any existing and proposed sewage disposal systems, along
with the area required to be reserved for future sewage disposal repair/replacement (area for 100%
1868 E.
