The plans shall include the design calculations, including the maximum <br /> number of persons the sewage disposal system is proposed to serve. In addition, show on revised <br /> plans that the disposal field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as <br /> a storage area. This disposal field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> 2. The proposed septic systems and their 100% replacement areas must be within 100' of the passing <br /> percolation test hole locations, service requests (SR0082126 & SR0083472). <br /> 3. Applicant shall contact Robert McClellon, Program Coordinator, Small Public Water System Program, <br /> at (209) 468-0332, to determine if the existing well can be permitted as a public water system prior to <br /> issuance of building permits. If a public water system is required, applicant shall submit a Small Public <br /> Water System preliminary technical report to the California State Water Resources Control Board, <br /> Division of Drinking Water (Water Board) at least six months before initiating construction of any water <br /> related improvement, as defined. The issuance of a permit to operate a small public water system by <br /> the local primacy agency (EHD) is prohibited without the concurrence of the Water Board. Please <br /> contact Brian Kidwell, P.E. with the SWRCB Division of Drinking Water at (209): 948-3963 concerning <br /> the requirements for preliminary technical report submittal prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> If the Water Board determines that an onsite well shall be used as the potable water source, a permit <br /> application to operate Small Public Water System shall be submitted to the EHD for approval prior to <br /> issuance of building permits. To issue a permit to operate, concurrence from the Water Board is <br /> required.
