Potable water service in the area is provided by Cal Water, a private utility, or by
individual wells for unconnected parcels. Wastewater service in the area is provided by
the City of Stockton or by individual septic systems for unconnected parcels. Storm
drainage service is also provided by the City of Stockton for connected parcels.
Unconnected parcels have no storm drainage facilities, other than Bieghle Drain at the
northern boundary of the 2706 Pock Lane site. Since Duck Creek has raised banks, no
storm drainage from the project site goes directly to this stream.
Electricity is provided by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). Overhead
electrical lines maintained by PG&E line both sides of Pock Lane at the project site, and
an overhead line traverses the 2706 Pock Lane site. Natural gas service is also provided
Pock Lane Public Review Draft IS/MND 3-70 May 2022
