Tentative WDRs -2 - 2 February 2009
Harney Lane Landfill
' San Joaquin County
reporting program (MRP) in the WDRs requires semiannual groundwater monitoring for
representative parameters, and monitoring every five years for all landfill constituents of
concern. The MRP also requires that the Discharger perform semiannual surface water
monitoring at the site and maintain coverage under the General Industrial Storm Water
Permit.
The proposed WDRs and the Notice of Public Hearing (NOPH) are available on our
website at www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/board_decisions/tentative orders.
The NOPH contains important information about the public hearing process. Electronic
copies of the April 2000 Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements that would
be adopted as part of the WDRs are available at
http:/I .waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/board decisions/adopted_orders
If you do not have access to the Internet or otherwise require paper copies of these
documents to be sent to you, please contact John Moody at (916) 464-4641 or by email
at jmoody@waterboards.ca.gov. Persons wishing to comment on this matter must
submit their testimony, evidence, and/or comments in writing to the attention of
John Moody at the Regional Water Board no later than 5 p.m. on 16 March 2009.
Written materials received after 5 p.m. on 16 March 2009 will not be accepted and will
not be incorporated into the administrative record if doing so would prejudice any party.
If you hve an q estions, please call John Moody at (916) 464-4641.
VICTOR J.
