SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />There were no special terms or conditions, agreed upon by the environmental <br />professional, beyond the initial agreed upon scope of work, used in preparation of this <br />report. <br />1.7. USER RELIANCE <br />Conclusions and recommendations in this report are based on findings regarding <br />historical use of the site, and on features noted during the site reconnaissance. The <br />absence of any potential gross contamination sources, historic or present, does not <br />necessarily imply that the site is free of any contamination. This report only represents <br />a `due diligence' effort as to the current environmental status of the site. No other <br />warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional recommendations <br />contained in this report. <br />2.0. USER PROVIDED INFORMATION <br />According to the ASTM Standard E1527-13 and the USEPA AAI, in order to qualify for <br />one of the Landowner Liability Protections (LLPs) to CERCLA liability offered by the <br />Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act of 2001, the client <br />(user) must provide to the environmental professional the following information (if <br />available) in relation to the subject property: <br />AGI was not provided any specialized knowledge by the user and does have not any <br />specialized knowledge of this property outside of what is contained in this report. The <br />property ownership and tenants as well as all individuals who were interviewed as part <br />of this investigation, have not reported any specialized knowledge of this property <br />outside of what is contained in this report. <br />Title Records <br />A review of Title Records was not requested by the user. <br />Environmental Liens or <br />An environmental lien or AUL's (activity and usage limitations) search was not <br />Activity and Use <br />requested by the user. <br />Limitations <br />Specialized Knowledge <br />AGI was not provided any specialized knowledge by the user and does have <br />not any specialized knowledge of this property outside of what is contained in <br />this report.
