Violation Notes: Returned to compliance on 08/24/2015. Two 250 gallon totes of used oil, a black bucket of used oil, and a 55 gallon silver steel drum of used oil were observed east of the shop with no hazardous waste labeling. Three 55 gallon black steel drums of used oil were observed east of the shop with only the contents labeled. A 55 gallon black steel drum of absorbent and oily solids was observed east of the shop with only the words 'hazardous waste' and the accumulation start date. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: - the words G Hazardous WasteG - name and address of generator - hazardous properties (ignitable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) - physical state (liquid, solid) - composition (contents) - accumulation start date Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required information. The consolidated manifest receipts from Asbury Environmental for used oil and used oil filters were using an incorrect, inactive EPA ID number (CAL000348214). The correct, active EPA ID number for this facility is CAL000337612. All copies of each receipt shall contain all of the correct following information: - The name, address, identification number, contact person, and telephone number of the generator, and the signature of the generator or the generator's representative; - The date of the shipment; - The manifest number; - The volume or quantity of each waste stream received, its California and RCRA waste codes, the waste stream type listed in subdivision (c), and its proper shipping description, including the hazardous class and United Nations/North America (UN/NA) identification number, if applicable; - The name, address, and identification number of the authorized facility to which the hazardous waste will be transported; - The transporter's TC6327721.2s Page 250
