Two 250 gallon totes of used <br />oil, a black bucket of used oil, and a 55 gallon silver steel drum of <br />used oil were observed east of the shop with no hazardous waste <br />labeling. Three 55 gallon black steel drums of used oil were observed <br />east of the shop with only the contents labeled. The consolidated manifest <br />receipts from Asbury Environmental for used oil and used oil filters <br />were using an incorrect, inactive EPA ID number (CAL000348214). The <br />correct, active EPA ID number for this facility is CAL000337612. All <br />copies of each receipt shall contain all of the correct following <br />information: - The name, address, identification number, contact <br />person, and telephone number of the generator, and the signature of <br />the generator or the generator's representative; - The date of the <br />shipment; - The manifest number; - The volume or quantity of each <br />waste stream received, its California and RCRA waste codes, the waste <br />stream type listed in subdivision (c), and its proper shipping <br />description, including the hazardous class and United Nations/North <br />America (UN/NA) identification number, if applicable; - The name, <br />address, and identification number of the authorized facility to which <br />the hazardous waste will be transported; - The transporter's <br />TC6327721.2s Page 250 <br />
