The SPCC plan does not address <br />the type of oil and storage capacity for each mobile or portable <br />container or an estimate of the potential number of mobile or portable <br />containers, the types of oil, and anticipated storage capacities. The <br />SPCC plan states that a total of three 55 gallon oil drums are on site <br />in the storage shed west of the main shop. Approximately six 55 gallon <br />drums were observed in the storage shed and two in the main shop. The missing receipts include: used anti -freeze <br />consolidated manifests dated 1/1/2019-6/30/2019 were unavailable for <br />review during the inspection. Used oil consolidated manifests from <br />March and June of 2019 were unavailable for review during the <br />inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each <br />consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years.
