(GRANTOR) and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Stockton, a public body, <br /> corporate and politic (AGENCY). <br /> The undersigned GRANTOR hereby grants to the AGENCY, its agents, employees, and <br /> contractors, permission to enter upon the property described as 911 E. Channel Street, <br /> Stockton (San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number 151-140-07) for the purpose <br /> of Phase II Environmental Assessment work and-where necessary the collection and <br /> testing of soil and groundwater samples and all incidents necessary to accomplish said <br /> work on, in, under, or above the subject property. A map indicating the subject property <br /> is attached as Exhibit "A". <br /> It is understood that the AGENCY shall indemnify and hold GRANTOR harmless from <br /> any liability resulting from the use and occupancy of said property under this right of <br /> entry. It is further understood that the AGENCY shall return the property to its original <br /> or better condition immediately upon completion of work. The AGENCY will be <br /> responsible for properly handling all sample materials requiring disposal.
