MAP-X13-2002 09:1^ FF 1:CITY OF STKN HRD,';C 2099378822 TO:20923405l8 <br /> RIGHT OF ENTRY <br /> This RIGHT OF ENTRY is made and entered into between Bockmon & Aomble Electric <br /> (GRANTOR) and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Stockton, a public body, <br /> corporate and politic (AGENCY). <br /> The undersigned GRANTOR hereby grants to the AGENCY; its agents, employees, and <br /> contractors, permission to enter upon the property described as 930 E. Miner Ave., <br /> Stockton (San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number 151-140-14) for the purpose <br /> of Phase 11 Environmental Assessment work and where necessary the collection and <br /> testing of soil and groundwater samples and all incidents necessary to accomplish said <br /> work on, in, under, or above the subject property. A map indicating the subject property <br /> is attached as Exhibit "A". <br /> It is understood that the AGENCY shall indemnify and hold GRANTOR harmless from <br /> any liability resulting from the use and occupancy of said property under this right of <br /> entry. it is further understood that the AGENCY shall return the property to its original <br /> or better condition immediately upon completion of work. The AGENCY will be <br /> responsible for properly handling all sample materials requiring disposal. Results of <br /> tests will be made available to the GRANTOR, if desired. <br /> The right of the City of Stockton to enter and occupy said property shall commence <br /> upon execution of this document arse shail terminate in 6 months, or upon completion of <br /> said work, whichever occurs first. <br /> DATED.
