COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE EMPLOYEE <br /> DROPPED THE CUP ON THE FLOOR, COMPLAINANT ASKED FOR A NEW CUP AND EMPLOYEE TRIED TO PUT ICE <br /> CREAM FROM CUP THAT WAS ON THE FLOOR INTO A NEW CUP, COMPLAINANT ASKED FOR NEW ICE CREAM <br /> AND EMPLOYEE GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH COMPLAINANT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
