SHE STATED THAT SHE WITNESSED WOMAN IN <br /> DRIVE-THRU GIVING BACK HER BURGER BECAUSE OF SPOTS ON IT. COMPLAINANT OBSERVED EMPLOYEE <br /> DISCUSS ISSUE WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHO SHRUGGED SHOULDERS AND GAVE THE SAME HAMBURGER <br /> RIGHT BACK TO CUSTOMER THROUGH DRIVE THRU WINDOW.THE COMPLAINANT SAID CUSTOMER WENT <br /> INSIDE AND SPOKE TO EMPLOYEE ABOUT BEING GIVEN THE SAME HAMBURGER. COMPLAINANT ORDERED A <br /> DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER AND A CHICKEN NUGGETS HAPPY MEAL.WHEN SHE GOT HOME THE HAPPY MEAL <br /> WAS FILLED WITH PICKLES,WHICH SHE RETURNED TO FACILITY. COMPLAINANT REQUESTS CALL BACK AFTER <br /> INSPECTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
