SHE STATED THAT SHE WITNESSED WOMAN IN <br /> DRIVE-THRU GIVING BACK HER BURGER BECAUSE OF SPOTS ON IT. SAME WOMAN CAME INTO FACILITY TO <br /> RETURN BURGER AGAIN. COMPLAINANT ORDERED A DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER AND A CHICKEN NUGGETS <br /> HAPPY MEAL.WHEN SHE GOT HOME THE HAPPY MEAL WAS FILLED WITH PICKLES, WHICH SHE RETURNED TO <br /> FACILITY. COMPLAINANT REQUESTS CALL BACK AFTER INSPECTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
