L & M OPERABLE UNIT- FIRST QUARTER 2012 SITE STATUS, REMEDIAL SUMMARY, <br />AND GROUNDWATER MONITORING REPORT <br />April 30, 2012 <br />I:\Tidewater\TW Stockton (P2A)\QMRs\2012\1Q12\1Q12 QSSR QRSR QMR Stockton_FINAL.doc 5.1 <br />5.0 Recent Submittals and Correspondence <br />The following is a list of recent submittals and correspondence for the Site: <br />Fourth Quarter 2011 Site Status, Remedial Summary, and Groundwater Monitoring <br />Report submitted by Stantec on February 1, 2012. <br />Report of Findings For The Waterfront Towers Separate Phase Hydrocarbon <br />Investigation and Unocal Extraction Well Pilot Study submitted by Stantec on March 4, <br />2011. <br />Revised MRP comments were submitted on March 28, 2011. <br />Letter from the RWQCB-CVR, dated December 19, 2011. <br />Stantec met with the RWQCB-CVR on March 13, 2012 to discuss path forward for <br />Unocal and WOTOA environmental cleanup. Final MRP comments were also submitted <br />at this time. <br />Stantec developed off site remediation strategies and conducted the internal panel <br />review regarding the appropriate path forward for the site on March 29, 2012. <br />Work Plan for Separate Phase Hydrocarbon Removal at the Waterfront Towers Parking <br />Lot submitted by Stantec on April 27, 2012.
