L & M OPERABLE UNIT- FIRST QUARTER 2012 SITE STATUS, REMEDIAL SUMMARY, <br />AND GROUNDWATER MONITORING REPORT <br />April 30, 2012 <br />I:\Tidewater\TW Stockton (P2A)\QMRs\2012\1Q12\1Q12 QSSR QRSR QMR Stockton_FINAL.doc 6.1 <br />6.0 Planned Activities for the Second Quarter 2012 <br />The following is a list of planned activities for the second quarter 2012: <br />Continue groundwater monitoring and sampling in accordance with MRP <br />No. R5-2004-0820. (Implement new MRP following issuance from the RWQCB-CVR). <br />Continue sampling 19 new deeper B-, C-, and D- zone wells; and establish trending for <br />C- and D- zones. <br />Continue with quarterly soil vapor point sampling. <br />Perform additional SPH removal events and continue with periodic monitoring and <br />gauging of SPH wells. <br />Continue with routine O&M of existing remediation systems. <br />A Work Plan to develop offsite remediation strategies in the WOTOA parking lot facility <br />will be submitted 2Q12. <br />Stantec will perform a rebound study following the 2Q12 M&S event to determine if <br />continued operation of the DPE system is warranted.
