Please direct all future correspondences and reports <br />regarding the Site to Alan Buehler at the Central Valley Water Board office in Rancho Cordova. <br />Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) submitted a Report of Waste Discharge Permit Application <br />and Notice of Intent (N01) on your behalf on 22 February 2016 requesting coverage under General <br />Order No. R5-2008-0149, Waste Discharge Requirements General Order for In-situ Groundwater <br />Remediation at Sites with Volatile Organic Compounds, Nitrogen Compounds, Perchlorate, Pesticides, <br />Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds, Hexavalent Chromium, and/or Petroleum Hydrocarbons. The <br />application fee was received along with the NOI. <br />The applicable general order is now General Order No. R5-2015-0012, Waste Discharge Requirements <br />General Order for In-Situ Groundwater Remediation and Discharge of Treated Groundwater to Land. <br />Based on information in your submittals, Central Valley Water Board staff concluded that this Site <br />meets the requirements of General Order R5-2015-0012. <br />All of the requirements contained in the General Order are applicable to your Site and you are assigned <br />site-specific Order No. R5-2015-0012-044. <br />Central Valley Water Board staff previously issued Site-specific Order No. R5-2015-0012-014 for this <br />Site.
