Countryside Market - 3- 18 June 2015 <br />10848 Copperopolis Road <br />Stockton, San Joaquin Co. <br />will be acquired from the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department. A Startup Report will include system status and operation, monitoring <br />records, and progress evaluation. Routine monitoring will include groundwater and soil gas analyses, <br />groundwater gauging data, AS/SVE operational details, AS/SVE treatment field data sheets, mass <br />removal rates, evaluation of AS/SVE effectiveness, and assessment of groundwater concentration <br />trends. <br />TSGI proposed the following schedule in the EAR Program Scope of Work and Cost Estimate submitted <br />to the State Water Board on 22 January 2014: <br />Regulatory Approval: 1 June 2015 <br />Permitting: 1 August 2015 <br />Equipment Procurement and Contractor Coordination: 1 August 2015 <br />Field Implementation: 1 October 2015 <br />Sparge System Startup: 15 October 2015 <br />Sparge System O&M: 15 August 2015 to 15 August 2018 <br />Treatment System Installation and Quarterly Monitoring and Sampling Report: 31 October 2015 <br />Routine Sparge System O&M and Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling Reports: 1 November <br />2015 to 31 December 2017 <br />Monitored Natural Attenuation (Rebound Test) 1 January 2018 to 1 January 2019 <br />Request for Site Closure 1 March 2019 <br />Central Valley Water Board staff concur with the tasks proposed in the Work Plan with the following <br />conditions. <br />Please add Naphthalene by USEPA TO-17 and VOCs by USEPA TO-15 to the list of soil vapor <br />analyses, and Naphthalene by USEPA 8260B to the list of groundwater analyses. <br />Provide a Gantt chart in the next quarterly monitoring report due 30 July 2015. <br />The work is necessary and appropriate to reduce the risk to human health at downgradient treated <br />domestic supply well 10967, which is impacted by the unauthorized release from the former underground <br />storage tanks located at the Subject site. Municipal supply water is not available to residents.
