Waterloo Road, Stockton, CA <br />Site Code: 1758 <br />Dear Gentlemen: <br />Please be advised that the undersigned represents Gurpal Sidhu of 5410 Staples <br />Way, Linden, CA. On October 12, 2011 you mailed to him a letter concerning 3032 E. <br />Waterloo Road, Site Code 1758. This site, is owned by a partnership/corporation of which <br />Mr. Sidhu is a one-fourth (1/4) owner. The other owners, however, have removed him from <br />the premises. There is currently a lawsuit discussing the fact that he was removed. <br />The point, however, is that Mr. Sidhu had no control over the premises since August <br />2010. For that reason, there is simply nothing that he can do to be of assistance. The <br />attorneys for the other partners who are in possession are: Michael Kronlund 509 W. Weber <br />Avenue, Stockton, CA; 943-3950 and Clarence Chan 3247 W. March Lane, Stockton, CA; <br />473-8818.
