Pg.2/2 <br />The continuous operation of the ground water pump and treat system is essential to <br />proper management and cleanup of impacted ground water. Restart the system <br />immediately. You are required to notify the EHD of the reinitiated and continuous <br />remediation system operation by November 21, 2011, and you are required to schedule <br />an inspection to verify cleanup compliance. <br />If the EHD is not notified and/or can not confirm continued operation of the ground water <br />remediation system by November 21, 2011, you will remain out of compliance.
