Waterloo Rd
Stockton, CA 95205
To comply with Resolution 2009-0042, recently adopted by the State Water Resources Control
Board, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is reducing the
monitoring requirements for your site. The following sampling schedule is approved for your
site:
Semi-annual — MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, MW-4, MW-5A, MW-6A, MW-7A, MW-11 and
MW-12;
Annual — MW-5B, MW-6B, MW-7B, MW-9 and MW-10; and
Discontinue sampling MW-5C, MW-5D, MW-5E, MW-6C, MW-6D, MW-6E, MW-7C,
MW-7D, and MW-7E.
The suite of laboratory analyses should remain the same. As your site is in active remediation
and the plume of impacted groundwater, in the opinion of the EHD, is unstable, the EHD will
consider modification of this schedule if proposed by your consultant with technical justification.
You may contact Nuel Henderson at (209) 468-3436 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Nuel C. Henderson, Jr., PG

Margaret Lagorio, REHS
Engineering Geologist
Program Coordinator
c: Mr. James Barton, CVRWQCB - 11020 Sun Center Dr. #200, Rancho Cordova, CA
95670
Mr. William R.
