Respectfully submitted,
KRAZAN &ASSOCIATES, INC.
Martin Groth, PG No. 8477
Environmental Project Manager
Michael Bowery, PG No. 5027
Environmental Division Manager
Project No. 014-13157
Page No. 8
Reporting
After completing the field and laboratory work, a report will be prepared that summarizes the
investigation methodology and will present the results of the chemical analysis of the soil samples. If
contaminants are encountered, we will identify the contaminants and include a comparison of the
contaminant levels to State or Federal regulatory screening levels. As required by SJCEHD guidelines, if
contamination is identified as a result of this investigation, the appropriate agency will be sent a copy of
the hazardous waste discharge notification and the site will be so listed on the SJCEHD database. In
addition to presenting our findings, the report will also include our conclusions and recommendations,
based on the results of the laboratory analyses, that we deem prudent for further assessment activities if
warranted. The laboratory analytical reports for the soil sample analyses will be appended to the report.
Final copies of the report will include two bound copies and an electronic copy (PDF) sent to the client. .
The report will be reviewed and signed by a California Professional Geologist.
CLOSING
If you have any questions or if we may be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our office
at (559) 348-2200.
KRAZAN & ASSOCIATES, INC.
With Offices Serving the Western United States
014-13157-Wilson Property Workplan FINAL
