(Two yellow sheets and one pink <br />sheet.) <br />Dear Neil, <br />The attached reports have been broken down into page numbers and categories here-within line by line to address the <br />two compliance reports (pages one and three) and abate guideline (page two.)(Definition: to put an end to <abate a <br />nuisance> b : nullify 1 <abate a writ>. 2. a : to reduce in degree or intensity.) <br />There is an understanding that all the items listed are not the responsibility of Global 7 Oceanic LLC (G70). A <br />recommendation to include some of the simplest (unknown origin items) as part of G70's procedural steps is advised. <br />This will assists in the county efforts for an environmentally healthy and safe surrounding. This volunteer act will <br />remove questionable conflicts of, what was here prior to lease, what has been added by property use/ shared use <br />agreement with landlord and what items fall under your traditional acts as permitted on the business license. <br />Based on Historical Data. You are Generating a limited amount of HAZ MAT waste. Equip sales and repair will facilitate <br />some sort of waste and G70 has established measures with local agencies in assurance and your model falls under <br />county guidelines. IE.
