The following is to be submitted alk statement to complete the Compliance certification process. Total 3 pages. <br />Line 6: The business plan and Operational Guidelines are at the administrative offices. A printed copy is attached here — <br />within. During the change up of on-site security the posted copies have not been reposted. They are on site and <br />reposted now. (Image attached.) <br />Line 7: G70's is in business license compliance. The county's records and clerks counter in Stockton said, "The original <br />was mailed back to the county as there is not a Post Mail box at site. The county re-mailed the information to have it re- <br />returned. They then filed the document. We have updated the Business address and mailing address with the county <br />prior to page one delivery and are waiting for the original to be posted on site with an administrative copy to remain in <br />office. <br />Line 8: Hazard materials on-site are addressed is a "Low volume form". As addressed from the E.P.A.s recovery guide. <br />Your first control number related to ECCoo2681515 Contact: Cody at 1800.618.6942 Control number 11-00143. <br />Attached is the proper response at that time. The volume scheduled to pick-up is the appropriate action. The EPA does <br />not need a call upon every five gallon container of waste oil you may have. Only to know you are active with-in guide <br />lines. <br />A materials list is provided by American Valley Waste Oil Inc. A description and identification of items is through G70's <br />vender services and will be supplied upon removal. Items are scheduled for removal at a "Low Volume" and placed on <br />their routine recovery rout. (See attached permit of past post.) <br />Line 9: Site map provided at county for permitted operations described. On site map is at administrative offices. <br />(Attached). Attached is your prior staging area. <br />Line 10: At administrative office during Security Change Over. See attached. <br />Summary of Violations. <br />Compliance Guidelines and Instructions. <br />Line 17, 18 & 19: These items ownership and contents there-of is landlords. <br />Line 20, 21 & 22: These items are used in common business practice and daily operations permitted to full-fill the <br />preparation requirement permitted by the county. <br />Line 23: This oil barrels are scheduled for removal by American Valley Waste Oil Inc. (State Registered oil recovery <br />service.) They have <br />Line 24: :Kerosene: Ownership is unknown. The item has been addressed to be on the property prior to shared use <br />agreement and returned to storage container were it was found. <br />Line 25, 26, 27 & 28: These items are a mix of related recovery from 670 and items left upon site/land prior to G70. <br />Relation is past tenants or owners debris. Remove to waste management recycle center off airport road and or Waste <br />Management /Recycle Sac County. Keep log receipts and attach there with-in. <br />Line 29: Provide to American Valley Waste Oil Inc. Attach receipts. <br />Back Side of Page: Upon completion of the above request an additional inspection prior to 30 day compliance. Formally <br />attach and submit the Certification on back side of the Inspection Report.
