(Stanley) building to the east. However, access to the Stanley building
was not granted to AGE and thus these borings were not advanced. Based on the soil
results, AGE recommends that no further assessment is necessary in the northwest portion
of the Site property.
Central Valley Water Board staff has the following comments:
As the reported constituent concentrations in soil are less than the thresholds
established in Table 1 of the State Water Resources Control Board's Low Threat
Underground Storage Tank Case Closure Policy (LTCP), Direct Contact and Outdoor
Air Exposure criteria are met.
As little to no petroleum hydrocarbons, and low levels of metals, were detected in soil
in the vicinity of former Tanks A & D, Central Valley Water Board staff concur that no
further soil investigation is needed in the northwestern portion of the Site property.
Larry's Auto, at 308 N. Grant Street, occupies the western portion the Site property,
San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 139-320-13.
