31 January 2013 <br />AGE-NC Project No. 02-0926 <br />Page 21 of 21 <br />10.6 REPORT PREPARATION <br />Subsequent to remedial well installation and system startup activities a report documenting <br />field activities and remedial operation will be prepared. The report will include the results <br />and findings of the investigation activities listed above, boring logs etc. Quarterly reports <br />will be prepared presenting the findings from IAS/SVE activities The quarterly reports will <br />include a description of work performed and the results of the influent and effluent soil- <br />vapor analysis. <br />The report will be in a format acceptable to the CVRWQCB, and will be reviewed and <br />signed by a California Professional Geologist. Conclusions and recommendations will also <br />be included in the reports, if applicable. <br />11.0. LIMITATIONS <br />Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily <br />exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings <br />were based upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of <br />the geologic/hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are <br />made from a limited number of available data points (i.e. monitoring wells, soil borings) and <br />subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points.
