A description of the types of soil underlying the planned effluent disposal area and
alternative area. The report should address, at a minimum: percolation tests, low
permeability layers, depth of system, type of soil, type of cover, anticipated or historic
high groundwater, nearest water well, spring, and surface water course, and existence
(and details of) any subsurface conduits associated with the railroad. Also include
information on construction procedures which will be implemented to minimize damage
to soil structure during installation of the leach lines.
12. A description of site hydrogeology, including groundwater depth, gradient, and water
quality data for the first unconfined aquifer at the planned subsurface infiltration area and
alternative infiltration area.
13. Projected monthly water balance demonstrating adequate disposal capacity for the
100-year return period total annual precipitation, including consideration of at least:
Local evaporation data
Local precipitation data
Projected future wastewater flow rates
Projected long-term percolation rates
14. A narrative description of plant operation and maintenance procedures to be employed,
including those associated with effluent storage and disposal. A copy of the vendor's
Operation and Maintenance Manual may accompany this, but will not necessarily suffice
to describe all operations. ,
15. A copy of the most recent CEQA documentation which describes the proposed
wastewater treatment and disposal system, identifies and analyzes potential impacts
associated with the facility, and describes the required mitigation measures. Please note
that if your CEQA document was for a wastewater disposal system other than what is
presently proposed, then additional or supplemental CEQA documentation may be
required.
S
C Trojen_Files Sites1Casaello Estatesamstrad051200.1)0C
