(AGE). The Levand-Bright <br />Property is located at 3 East 11th Street in Tracy (Site). <br />In May 2017, AGE advanced eight (8) soil borings (B1 through B8). Boring B1 was advanced to <br />16 feet below ground surface (ft bgs), boring B3, B5 and B7 were advanced to 20 ft bgs, and <br />borings B2, B4, B6, and B8 were advanced to 40 ft bgs. Soil samples were collected from each <br />boring at five-foot intervals beginning at 5 ft bgs, and extending to 15 ft bgs in B1 and to 20 ft in <br />borings B2 through B8. Moist to saturated soil was first encountered at approximately 10 to 15 <br />ft bgs, and depth to groundwater was measure at approximately 10.5 ft bgs. AGE collected <br />grab groundwater samples between 10 and 15 ft bgs from borings B1 through B8, and at 40 ft <br />bgs from borings B2, B4, B6 and B8. <br />AGE analyzed select soil and all groundwater samples for: <br />Total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-G) by EPA Method 8015 Modified. <br />Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes (collectively BTEX) by EPA Method <br />8260B. <br />Fuel oxygenates: methyl tert butyl ether (MTBE), di-isopropyl ether (DIPE), ethyl tert <br />butyl ether (ETBE), tertiary amyl methyl ether (TAME), and tert butyl alcohol (TBA) by <br />EPA Method 8260B. <br />Lead scavengers: ethylene dibromide (EDB), and 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA) by EPA <br />Method 8260B. <br />Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by EPA Method 8260B. <br />Semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) by EPA Method 8270C. <br />Total lead by EPA Method 6020A. <br />Dissolved lead by EPA Method 6010B, shallow groundwater samples collected from B3, <br />B4, and B8 only. <br />KARL E LLINULLY ScD, P.E., CHAIR I PAEALLA C.
