Apr 01 1708:33a Freedom Propes P^5 215-1859 p.1 <br />ACCESS AGREEMENT <br />Subsurface Investigation - Soil Boring Advancement <br />1101 Holly Drive, Tracy, CA, 95376 <br />APN: 233-120-13 <br />I, Willoughyby (Web) Jordan Ill, the property owner of 1101 Holly Drive, Tracy, California <br />(Parcel 233-120-13), do hereby grant permission to Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. <br />(AGE) on behalf of the responsible party, Levand Family Trust and Levand-Bright Family <br />Trust, to advance two (2) soil borings, under San Joaquin County permit at 1101 Holly <br />Drive, Tracy, California (see attached figure). The site under investigation is located to <br />the east, across Holly Drive, at 3 East Eleventh Street, Tracy, California. The proposed <br />work is being performed under a directive by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. The <br />scope of work will include the following: <br />Advancement of two (2), 1.25-inch diameter soil borings to total depths of 20 feet <br />and 40 feet below surface grade (bsg). The proposed soil boring will be advanced <br />using a van mounted Geoprobe 5400 direct-push probing unit equipped with 1.25- <br />inch diameter probing rods. The probe advances soil borings using a hydraulic <br />hammer to drive soil and groundwater sampling tools to specified depths. Soil and <br />groundwater samples will be collected from the soil borings. Following sample <br />collection, the borehole will be backfilled to surface grade with neat cement and <br />completed at the surface with concrete. <br />The surface will be returned to the original condition. <br />All costs for performance of the subsurface investigation will be the sole responsibility of <br />the Levand Family Trust and Levand-Bright Family Trust (Trusts), joint property owners <br />of 3 East Eleventh Street, Tracy, California. The Trusts will be solely responsible for all <br />costs and expenses incurred from field work investigations associated with contamination <br />from previous operations at 3 East Eleventh Street, Tracy, California. Additionally, all work <br />performed at 1101 Holly Drive, Tracy, California shall be conducted under permit and in <br />accordance with all local regulations. <br />Copies of all testing and reporting for any investigation performed at 1101 Holly Drive, <br />Tracy, California shall be forwarded to 1Nilloughyby (Web) Jordan III, property owner. <br />AGE will provide one week notice prior to the initiation of field activities, which shall be <br />conducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />VVilloughy.
