(AGE). According to AGE work at the Site is <br />performed on behalf of the Levand Family Trust and the Mildred Levand Bright Family Trust. <br />Points of contact information for the trusts were provided by AGE. Regulatory oversight of this <br />project was transferred to the Central Valley Water Board on 1 July 2015. <br />On 14 October 2013, exploratory potholes were advanced on the 3 East Eleventh Street <br />Property, and an apparent fill port pipe and a suspected underground storage tank (UST) were <br />identified. Between 28 April 2014 and 1 May 2014, one 350 gallon steel UST, used to store an <br />unknown type of fuel, was removed. During UST removal activities, one soil sample was <br />collected from the base of the UST excavation at approximately 9 feet below ground surface (ft <br />bgs) and one composite soil sample was collected from the excavation soil stockpile. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(SJEHD) issued a Notice of Responsibility (attached) and opened an environmental case on <br />21 October 2014. <br />SJEHD named the Levand Family Trust as the Responsible Party.
