If saturated soils are present in March, Central Valley Water Board staff <br />advise postponing the work until drier conditions are present. <br />Central Valley Water Board staff conditionally concur with the Work Plan provided the following elements are implemented: <br />Transmit the LIF logs of the first two transects, a diagram of the boring locations for the <br />second two transects and the rationale to Central Valley Water Board staff for concurrence. <br />Postpone the work plan implementation if soils are saturated. <br />Notify Central Valley Water Board staff of the work plan dates prior at least 7 days prior to implementing field work. <br />The report of results will include interpretation and recommendations for follow-up work. If the <br />work proceeds in March, please provide a Report of Results by 5 May 2017. If weather delays the work, Central Valley Water Board staff will revise the Report of Results schedule. <br />Thank you for proposing this technology for refining the assessment of diesel in the subsurface. <br />Central Valley Water Board staff look forward to seeing the fuel distribution through the lense of <br />laser induced flourescence.
