Bethany Road, Tracy CA - APN: 209-150-29 <br />The Mountain House Community Services District (MITCSD) will serve the above referenced <br />property with potable water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage, provided all necessary <br />improvements are made to the water system, sewer system, storm drainage system and street <br />improvements which comply with the MFICSD Standard Specifications & Details, State <br />standards, and the Mountain House Master Plan. <br />The additional infrastructure improvements and community service provisions and <br />improvements may be necessary and must be constructed or bonded for prior to the recording of <br />Final Maps or the commencement of construction on your projects, as determined by the General Manager. <br />These additional facilities and services include, but are not limited to, the following: <br />1 Expansion of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and reclamation facilities and providing <br />land for disposal of sanitary sewer effluent from you project. <br />2. Expansion of the Water Treatment Plant and related facilities, including remote storage <br />and installation or upgrading the pumps and other facilities to provide sufficient flow and <br />pressure. <br />Additional backbone water, sewer and storm trunk lines and other "backbone" facilities, <br />including off-site extensions. <br />Additional arterial roadway facilities and extensions. <br />Construction of BMPs for storm drainage treatment, <br />"To Provide Responsive Service to Our Growing Community <br />That Exceeds KApeantions at a Fair Value"
