The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for A&A GAS & FOOD MART as of September02, 2021. <br /> Open violations from June 07, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation#6-Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION The site map is incomplete. The following items are missing or incorrect: <br /> -Hazardous Materials(diesel, gasoline, carbon dioxide)are not marked on map <br /> -Spill kit/absorbent is not included on map <br /> -Internal roads are not included on the map <br /> -Loading area is incorrectly located on the site map(loading area for the USTs is located above the USTs <br /> -Fire extinguisher on the fuel island is incorrect.
