September 26, 1989, letter. to Martha Vazquez, California Waste <br />Management Board (CWMB) , containing the following attachments. <br />Initial Cost Estimate Worksheet for Closure and Postclosure. <br />Certification for Initial Closure and Postclosure Maintenance <br />Cost Estimates. <br />Operator Certification For The Preparation of Initial Cost <br />Estimates, Establishment of A Financial Mechanism, and Annual <br />Deposits Into The Financial Mechanism. <br />Board of Supervisor letter and Resolutions, R-88-1323 & R-89- <br />695, establishing the Solid Waste Closure Enterprise Fund, <br />restricted to closure and post closure activities, as the <br />financial mechanism required by Assembly Bill 2448. <br />3. Letter to Cy Armstrong, CWMB, dated September 23, 1989, <br />containing the following attachments. <br />Determination of conformance with the County Solid Waste <br />Management Plan. <br />Statement that the proposed landfill is consistent with the <br />County General Plan. <br />
