A resolution adopted by the San Joaquin County Board of <br />Supervisors approving a General Plan and Text Amendment <br />recognizing the proposed landfill. Supporting information <br />include: <br />Planning Commission Report <br />Use Permit Conditions of Approval <br />Environmental Impact Report Notice of Determination. <br />Distance to residence finding by the County Department of <br />Health Services as required by the California Government Code, <br />Title 7.3, Article 2, Section 66784.2. <br />4. Tentative Waste Discharge Requirements issued by the Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br />5. Following is a list of pages that have been amended to correct <br />inaccurate estimates of average and peak daily tons. Figures <br />presented in the Report of Disposal Site Information (RDSI) <br />have been changed to correspond with the figures presented in <br />the proposed site's Environmental Impact Report. Mitigation Plan acceptable to the Department of Fish & Game. <br />The County has entered into an Agreement with Emcon Associates <br />to provide services with respect to permitting of the proposed <br />landfill. Emcon Associates will retain the firm of Jones & <br />Stokes Associates to meet with the Department of Fish & Game <br />(DFG) and the Army Corps of Engineers (COE) to determine their <br />requirements and then to prepare a wetland mitigation plan <br />acceptable to both the DFG and the COE. This Plan will be <br />developed during the next four months and will be submitted <br />to you when ready. <br />B. Mitigation Plan acceptable to the COE. <br />Same response as A above. <br />C. Easement document for P. G. & E. transmission lines. <br />Attached. <br />D. More detailed description of the recycling operations. <br />2 <br />
