The results of these tests shall be <br /> reported to the Board and shall include comparison with earlier tests made <br /> under comparable conditions. <br /> SURFACE WATER MONITORING <br /> South Paddy Creek shall be sampled at the locations shown on Attachment <br /> "B" , which is incorporated herein and made part of this Order. These <br /> locations shall constitute the points of compliance for surface waters. <br /> Surface, upstream and downstream, water flows from on and around landfill <br /> shall be sampled at the points of compliance during the first storm of the <br /> rainy season which produces significant flows and quarterly thereafter <br />
