The first paragraph on page 13 states that the permanent drainage control <br /> facilities within the landfill will have the capacity to carry peak flow from <br /> a 100 year occurrence storm. The WDRs, Discharge Specification B.12 states: <br /> "Precipitation and drainage control systems shall be designed and <br /> constructed to accommodate the anticipated volume of precipitation <br /> and peak flows from surface runoff under 100-year, 24-hour <br /> precipitation events." <br /> 5. The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan for sample analyses to be submitted <br /> to the LEA should also be submitted to the Regional Board. <br /> Please submit the requested information on or before 14 September 1990.
