Board of Supervisors SOLID WASTE CLOSURE -2- ENTERPRISE FUND 1• The County of San Joaquin Department of Public Work s is directed to produce an annual report for transmittal to th CIWMB, containing the following information concerning the landfill operated or controlled b e y the County: g (a) As appropriate , a revised closure cost estimate, Prepared as specified by applicable State Law. (b) As appropriate , a revised postclosure maintenance cost estimate , prepared as specified by applicable State Law. (c) Status , including current balance of the SWCEF. (d) The number of current members of the County of San Joaquin Board of-. Supervisors who voted affirmatively when the Resolution creating .the SWCEF was adopted or last reaffirmed. 2. The Board of Supervisors of this Count shall- Resolutions associated with the SWCEF County the then current members of this Board who voted affirmativy es of when those Resolutions were adopted or last reaf-firmedis less than a majority of the total members .
