A new well is required at the site for a domestic water supply and is to be grouted to a depth as determined by the Health District, based on the well log at the time of construction. A minimum 100 -foot grout seal will be required. d6 Existing wells which are to remain on the site shall be inspected by the Health District and shall be brought into compliance with surface sealing and casing height require- ments as outlined by the Rules and Regulations of San Joaquin Ordinance :f. 1862. e. A description of the site and b• shall be recorded with the San Joaquin County Recorder prior to operation. A copy shall be filed with the Health District. f. The existing underground irrigation system shall be iden- tified. Devartment of Public Works: a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- site parking, and grading shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works, Public Services Division, for approval. b. The frontage Improvements for Harney Lane shall be constructed to provide a through lane and a right -turn (stacking) lane south of the center line of Harney Lane. c. A roadway dedication wide enough to allow for the frontage improvements is required on Harney Lane. d. A groundwater monitoring program shall be prepared which is acceptable to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. The program shall be implemented prior to initial on-site landfill operations. 3. Environmental Health Division: a.
