UP -89-2 NORTH COUNTY SANITARY LANDFILL) OF <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (C/O DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS for a Use Permit <br />to operate a 320 -acre site as a Class III Sanitary Landfill. Located <br />on the south side of Harney Lane, southwest of the intersection of <br />Harney Lane and Atkins Road, east of Lodi (Supervisorial District 4). <br />STATE CLEARINGHOUSE NUMBER: 88060714 <br />CONTACT: Planning Division. TELEPHONE NUMBER: (209) 468-3120. <br />This is to advise that on June 1, 1989, the San Joaquin County <br />Planning Commission approved the above-described project and has made <br />the following determinations: <br />1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment. <br />2. An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared for this pro- <br />ject pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. <br />The EIR and record of project approval may be examined at: 1810 <br />East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California. <br />3. Mitigation measures were made a condition of the approval of the <br />project. <br />4.
